Lavida has a high speed automatic bottle packaging line, from silica gel inserting, dosage counting, lids loading, induction sealing, to labelling. 

The packaging line fits various types of bottles, lids, sealings and labels.

Lavida offers various powder packaging services into various jars and cans. Pre-printed jars can be organized on-behalf of our customer.

BLISTER

PLAIN & PAINTED

Lavida offers blister packaging with the following specifications.

Dosage packaging on soft gel capsules, hard shell capsules and tablets.

Lidding material:

PVC (polyvinyl chloride),  

PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride),

ACLAR (CTFE).

Foil:

Plain, random pattern,

Printed full information.

Packaging:

Can be supplied in bulk or packed into secondary packaging.

Lavida provides a wide range of sachet filling and packaging services for pharmaceutical and food products. Various cutting types are available, giving sachets different looks and characters.

Sachet materials:

Polyethylene / Aluminum / Polyethylene terephthalate / Paper / Layered materials / Custom materials, with full colour printed artwork.

Backside sealing

Three-sides sealing

Packaging:
